A Lesson Learned…and Pre-Launch Crazyness

I learned an important lesson yesterday - that I should practice what I preach more. After speaking to a friend on Skype she kindly informed me that she wasn’t able to subscribe to my newsletter on this very blog. I immediately paniced as I hadn’t checked into Aweber for a while to keep an eye on my stats or send out a new mail. To my horror it appears the subscribe form has been broken for a while, and around 50 of you have tried to subscribe but recieved an error message. It turns out the problem was caused by an error in the code, which I can only put down to Wordpress and its occasional tempramentalness (is that even a word?)
The lesson in all of this? I should listen to my own advice more. I’m always telling people to ensure they test and monitor their optin forms, sales funnels and processes, and yet I hadn’t been doing that myself on this occasion - you can be sure I will be more often from now on. Lesson learned!
On a brighter note, and probably part of the reason I hadn’t clocked the optin problem before now, is the upcoming launch of my Resale Rights Ultimatum Training Course.
